ITS Staff
The International Tracing Service in Bad Arolsen employs a staff of 295 (78 per cent female, 22 per cent male). That number includes five office management trainees.
Two percent of all ITS positions are held by staff members who are currently on parental leave or on fixed-term pension due to limits in their ability to work and for whom no replacement was appointed. Eight members of staff are of the following nationalities: Belgian, French, Italian, Polish, Austrian or Portuguese.
The ITS is subject to the wage agreement for employees of the armed forces stationed on Federal Republic of Germany territory TV AL II.
