ITS Staff Structure
The International Tracing Service in Bad Arolsen employs a staff of 325 (80% female, 20% male). That number includes five office management trainees and four temporary employees replacing staff on parental leave.
Five percent of all ITS positions are held by staff members who are currently on parental leave and for whom no replacement was appointed. Nine members of staff are of the following nationalities: American, Belgian, French, Italian, Austrian or Portuguese.
The ITS is subject to the wage agreement for employees of the armed forces stationed on Federal Republic of Germany territory (TV AL II).
