Access to Finding Aids

Section 2 of the Regulations for Access

In order to assist researchers in identifying materials for use in their research, researchers shall have access in the Reading Room to

a.    an electronic or hard copy version of the ITS Inventory of Collections;

b.    the electronic version of the Central Name Index maintained by ITS; and

c.    the other special catalogues or finding aids that ITS has produced or may produce over time to improve the accessibility of its archives and documents.  

It is understood that certain operational documentation to which reference may be made in these finding aids may not be available for consultation by the researcher.
