Expulsion from the Reading Room and denial of further access to the archives and documents

Section 7 of the Regulations for Access

Failure to respect the present Regulations and the Rules for Use of the Reading Room may result in immediate expulsion.  The Director may decide on temporary or permanent denial of access.

A person found responsible under pertinent national or international law for misuse of data obtained from the International Tracing Service may be denied further access to the archives and documents at the discretion of the Director of the International Tracing Service.

The Director will inform the Chair of the International Commission of a decision on permanent denial of access.
