Research Workshop at ITS

The International Tracing Service (ITS) and the Jack, Joseph and Morton Mandel Center for Advanced Holocaust Studies at the United States Holocaust Memorial Museum (USHMM) are jointly offering a three-day research seminar in Bad Arolsen. Entitled “Introduction to the Archival Holdings of the International Tracing Service (ITS) and Research in the ITS Digital Archive,” the seminar will take place from October 10 to 12, 2017.

Entitled “Introduction to the Archival Holdings of the International Tracing Service (ITS) and Research in the ITS Digital Archive,” the seminar will take place from October 10 to 12, 2017. The subject of the seminar will be the historical collection of the ITS, which—with more than thirty million documents on persecution under National Socialism and the history of its impact—is unique among the world’s archives. The seminar is intended for master’s and doctoral students of all disciplines working on topics for which the ITS archive is a relevant source.
